By proceeding with your booking, creating an account, submitting an intake form, making a payment, or using any Booked & Bizy-powered service page, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Platform Overview

Booked & Bizy is a digital platform that provides booking, client management, communication, checkout, and service-related tools for independent beauty professionals and their clients.

Booked & Bizy may also provide tools such as BizyChartβ„’, which allows participating professionals to document client history, service preferences, intake information, service notes, and recommendations to help personalize the client experience.

Booked & Bizy does not directly provide beauty, grooming, wellness, or personal care services. All services are performed by independent professionals who use the platform.

2. Independent Beauty Professionals

All professionals using Booked & Bizy are independent professionals or independent businesses.

Booked & Bizy does not control how services are performed, does not employ the professionals listed on the platform, and is not responsible for the quality, timing, results, pricing, cancellation policies, refunds, or outcomes of services provided by independent professionals.

Any questions, concerns, disputes, refunds, or service-related issues should be addressed directly with the professional or business that provided the service.

3. Client Information & Consent

By submitting your information through Booked & Bizy, you acknowledge and agree that you are voluntarily providing personal information, which may include your name, email address, phone number, appointment details, service history, beauty-related information, hair, scalp, skin, nail, or wellness-related information, client preferences, and service notes.

This information may be stored securely within Booked & Bizy and/or BizyChartβ„’ to support booking, communication, service documentation, client history tracking, service personalization, checkout, and related platform features.

Your information may be used to improve service quality, track service history and progress, provide personalized recommendations, assist with appointment communication, support checkout or payment links, and help participating professionals provide a more informed client experience.

4. BizyChartβ„’ Client Records

BizyChartβ„’ is a client documentation and service history tool designed to help participating professionals track client-related information over time.

Information stored in BizyChartβ„’ may include intake form responses, service history, client notes, product or treatment recommendations, appointment-related observations, and progress information.

BizyChartβ„’ is intended to support better service documentation and personalization. It is not a medical record system, does not provide medical advice, and should not be used as a substitute for care from a licensed medical professional.

5. Data Sharing Across Participating Professionals

To enhance service continuity and help participating professionals provide informed services, your information may be accessible to other professionals within the Booked & Bizy network only when relevant to services you receive through participating professionals on the platform.

This may help professionals understand your service history, avoid conflicting treatments, provide safer and more personalized services, and maintain continuity when you visit more than one participating professional.

Booked & Bizy does not sell your personal information to third parties.

6. Accuracy of Information

You agree that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You are responsible for disclosing any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, medication use, prior reactions, product sensitivities, or other information that may affect your services.

Booked & Bizy is not responsible for service outcomes, reactions, delays, or issues that result from incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or withheld information.

7. No Medical Advice

Booked & Bizy and BizyChartβ„’ do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Any information, recommendations, notes, or documentation entered into the platform by participating professionals is for service documentation and beauty-related personalization only.

You should consult a licensed physician, dermatologist, or other qualified medical professional for medical concerns, health conditions, allergies, scalp conditions, skin concerns, hair loss, reactions, or any issue requiring medical attention.

8. Appointments, Payments, and Checkout Links

Booked & Bizy may support appointment booking, deposits, payment collection, checkout links, and related payment features through third-party payment processors.

When you receive a checkout or payment link, the link may allow you to complete payment for an appointment, service, balance, deposit, or other service-related charge.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. Booked & Bizy does not store full credit card or payment account details unless handled securely through an approved payment processor.

Appointment pricing, payment requirements, refunds, deposits, cancellations, no-show policies, and service fees are determined by the independent professional or business providing the service.

9. SMS/Text Message Communications

By providing your mobile phone number during booking, account registration, intake form submission, appointment checkout, or other platform interactions, you agree that Booked & Bizy and participating beauty professionals using the Booked & Bizy platform may send you text messages related to your appointments and services.

These messages may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, checkout or payment links, service-related updates, intake follow-ups, account-related notices, and other transactional communications related to bookings or services made through the platform.

Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity and interactions with participating professionals. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message. You may request help by replying HELP.

Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing services or booking an appointment. However, if you opt out of SMS messages, you may still receive important appointment-related communications by email or through other available communication methods.

Booked & Bizy does not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

10. Email Communications

By using Booked & Bizy, booking an appointment, creating an account, or submitting your information, you agree that Booked & Bizy and participating professionals may send you email communications related to your account, appointments, checkout links, service history, intake forms, reminders, platform updates, and other service-related matters.

You may unsubscribe from certain non-essential email communications where an unsubscribe option is provided. However, transactional or account-related emails may still be sent when necessary to provide services, maintain security, process payments, or manage appointments.

11. Client Responsibilities

You agree to use Booked & Bizy in a lawful and respectful manner.

You agree not to submit false information, misuse booking tools, interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, misuse another person’s information, or use the platform for fraudulent, harmful, abusive, or unlawful purposes.

You are responsible for reviewing appointment details, confirming service information, arriving on time, following the policies of the independent professional you book with, and providing accurate contact and intake information.

12. Third-Party Services

Booked & Bizy may integrate with or link to third-party services, including payment processors, email providers, SMS providers, analytics tools, embedded content, booking tools, and other service providers.

These third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, fees, and practices. Booked & Bizy is not responsible for the actions, policies, availability, or performance of third-party services.

13. Data Security

Booked & Bizy uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to help protect personal information.

However, no website, platform, software system, or electronic storage method is completely secure. By using the platform, you acknowledge and accept that no system can guarantee absolute security.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Booked & Bizy shall not be liable for service outcomes, allergic reactions, sensitivities, appointment issues, payment disputes, cancellations, no-shows, refunds, service dissatisfaction, damages, losses, or claims resulting from services performed by independent professionals.

Booked & Bizy is not responsible for incomplete or inaccurate information provided by clients, actions taken by independent professionals, third-party service failures, or issues outside of Booked & Bizy’s reasonable control.

15. No Guarantee of Results

Booked & Bizy may provide tools that help professionals document services, manage appointments, communicate with clients, and personalize the client experience.

However, Booked & Bizy does not guarantee specific beauty, hair, skin, nail, wellness, business, booking, financial, or service results.

16. Updates to These Terms

Booked & Bizy reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

18. Agreement

By continuing with your booking, creating an account, submitting an intake form, making a payment, or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

You also confirm that you consent to the collection and use of your information as described, understand that Booked & Bizy may send transactional appointment-related communications by email and, if you provide SMS consent, by text message, and understand that you may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
