Booked & Bizy and participating beauty professionals using the Booked & Bizy platform may send appointment-related text messages to clients who provide their mobile phone number and give SMS consent during booking, account registration, checkout, or intake form submission.
Clients may opt in to receive text messages by entering their mobile phone number on a Booked & Bizy-powered booking page, intake form, account registration form, or checkout-related form.
During this process, clients are shown SMS consent language explaining that they may receive appointment-related and service-related text messages from the business through Booked & Bizy.
SMS consent is optional and is not required as a condition of booking an appointment or purchasing services.
Clients who provide SMS consent may receive transactional text messages related to their appointments and services, including:
Appointment confirmations
Appointment reminders
Checkout or payment links
Service-related updates
Client intake follow-ups
Account or booking-related notices
Booked & Bizy does not use this SMS program to send unrelated third-party marketing messages.

For example, a client may receive messages when an appointment is booked, updated, confirmed, completed, or when a checkout/payment link is sent.

Booked & Bizy is not responsible for any charges from a clientβs mobile carrier.
